Please type your name, address, phone, and Email address in the note and also tell us if you are paying dues or making a donation. Please do NOT order a backup book from us using PayPal. Send a check to District 6.
Dues are currently $20 per year. Additional family members are $2 each. Paypal charges a $1 fee to District 9. Please add that fee to the amount you pay.
